How do I return an item?

Please contact us at [email protected] for a return authorization. You must receive prior authorization for all returns. Items returned without a RMA # will not be accepted.

To receive a refund or exchange, items must be returned 14 business days after the items are received. After 14 business days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".

The definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
  • Must be in original (uncut) condition
  • Packaging must be unopened and item must be re-sellable.
  • Items must be free of smoke, perfume and pet hairs.
  • Must not be a special order or a custom order.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it

If an item is received damaged please contact Customer Support immediately. We will try to replace it.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if the seller is not at fault.
